11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Suspension and Termination

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms described in Section 13.
